Golf Cart Information for TNSCTP Competitions

If you are interested in reserving a golf cart for Bigfoot Blast at Cross Creek Clays, on May 16-17, please use the information below.

Pricing:

  • 2-Passenger- $75 per day

  • 4-Passenger- $135 per day

2-day rental minimum

You can reserve your Boswell's Golfcarts for the TNSCTP competition season now. This is relevant for: Ironman, Region 2 Regionals, and State competitions. Please use the information below. Thank you!

Single Day Pricing:

  • 2-Passenger- $115 plus tax ($126.21)

  • 4-Passenger- $150 plus tax ($164.62)

If renting more than one day or multiple carts in a single day (has to be on same invoice):

  • 2-Passenger- $100 plus tax

  • 4-Passenger- $125 plus tax

Discounted multiple day pricing is only offered on reservations. This price is not offered once we are on site. 

If you prepay for 2 days and then end up cancelling the 2nd day you will only be refunded the amount that makes the first day go back to the full price        

Example: If you pay for a 2-passenger for 2 days and then cancel the 2nd day, you will be refunded $75 minus a 4% credit card fee.

Weekly rates for State

  • 2-Passenger- $250

  • 4-Passenger- $350

Weekly rate is only applicable to those who are camping or have a place to store the cart while they are not there. If the cart has to be turned in every day and picked up the next day, it would be at the multiple day price. This is because we discount it more because that is one less cart that we have to worry about handing out and waiting to come back each day.

When is payment required?

Payment is required to make a reservation. Boswells has had individuals reserve a cart for state when reserving for regionals. Boswells can hold the payment for state until the week after regionals if that is what they prefer, or they can go ahead and pay for both.

Are there any refunds?

Any cancellations will be refunded minus a 4% credit card fee.

When are reservations cut off?

Reservation cut offs will be one week from the start of the event. After one week from the start of the event, interested reservations will need to check in at the event to see what additional carts are available. There is no guarantee that a golf cart will be available to rent day of the event.

Cut off dates: (end of business day of below dates)

  • Iron Man: Monday, March 2nd 2026

  • Regionals: Wednesday, May 20th 2026

  • State: Monday, June 15th 2026
